ADEKI Images has the right to limit free promotion services anytime.

If the client doesn’t like an image, ADEKI Images has the right to attempt to correct it twice before granting a refund.

Client needs to provide detailed instructions on how to photograph the products including product rotation or background etc before your session with ADEKI Images, otherwise there would be a case that a free image alteration or reshoot does not apply.

50% of the quoted amount will apply if a booking canceled after a free test shot has been done.

As a deposit fee, 50% of the quoted amount needs to be paid within 5 days from the date you make a booking, and the rest of the amount must be cleared prior to delivering completed images to the client.

There is no charge to postpone a few hours or the date of a booking if more than 24 hours notice is provided, and If less than 24 hours notice is provided, 50% of the quoted amount will be charged.

There is no charge to cancel a booking if more than 48 hours notice is provided, and If less than 24 hours notice is provided, full of the quoted amount will be charged.

ADEKI Images retains the copyright of these images and grants permission for use of these images to the client.

ADEKI Images may use the images for its own promotional purposes.

The cost of delivery to ADEKI Images and return of products to the client is the client's responsibility.
